The University Receives Accreditation for Bachelor of Midwifery

The College of Nursing at Hebron University received the accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education for a Bachelor Degree in Midwifery. The program will start from the first semester of the academic year 2015-2016.

Dr. Hussein Jabarin, Dean of College of Nursing mentioned that program, which is approved by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, will be the first of its type in the southern part of West Bank. He also added that the program will fulfill the demands the of local community requests. In addition, the program will meet the demand of health institutions for midwives holding Bachelor degree.
