Head of the AMIDEST and the USAID representative visit Hebron University

Dr. John Shumaker, Chief of party in the Amidest, the Education Program Manager Ms. Samar Abboushi and the Agreement Officer Representative (AOR) at the USAID Mr. Samer Sa'ad visited Hebron University.

Guests were met by Prof. Ahmad Atawneh, the President of Hebron University. Both parties discussed the support of the Center for Excellence in Teaching at the University through networking with Bethlehem University's Center and the center for learning at the American University in Cairo. Such cooperation has been in existence since 2011. But the idea is to continue this cooperation in terms of exchanging visits and having joint programs to develop and improve the quality of teaching on the campuses of the three centers.
