Publishing a New Commentary on Article 1D of the Refugee Convention by a Hebron University Law Faculty in Oxford

 
Dr. Mutaz M. Qafisheh, Professor of International Law at Hebron University College of Law and Political Science, has published a book chapter jointly with Ms. Francesca Albanese, United Nations Special Rapportuer on the Situation of Human Rights in Palestine, by Oxford University Press. The chapter surveys and analyzes court decisions and policies as well as scholary works at the national and regional levels on the status of Palestinian refugees outside UNRWA areas of operation, particularly in European countries as well as North America. The chapter can be used by international organizations, NGOs, academics, courts and lawyers working in the field of refugee law and policy. The chapter details are as follows:
