Dr. Mutaz M. Qafisheh, Professor of International Law at Hebron University College of Law and Political Science, has published a book chapter jointly with Ms. Francesca Albanese, United Nations Special Rapportuer on the Situation of Human Rights in Palestine, by Oxford University Press. The chapter surveys and analyzes court decisions and policies as well as scholary works at the national and regional levels on the status of Palestinian refugees outside UNRWA areas of operation, particularly in European countries as well as North America.
