College of Information Technology organizes Hebron University 5th Programming Competition

Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Nabil Al-Jabari, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hebron University, the College of Information Technology organized Hebron University 5th Programming Competition, at the level of Palestinian universities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, with the competition held in the West Bank at Hebron University and in the Gaza Strip at the University College of Applied Sciences. The competition was attended by 46 teams from 16 Palestinian institutions. The competition lasted for three and a half hours, during which the teams battled with high sportsmanship to solve 13 questions categorized as simple, medium, and challenging.

Sanafer team from Birzeit University won first place, while Ana-Alquds team from Al-Quds University won second place and Shawes team from Birzeit University won third place. The M&S team from Hebron University won fourth place.

It is worth mentioning that the competition in the West Bank was sponsored by Ooredoo and Infinity, while the competition was sponsored in the Gaza Strip by the University College of Applied Sciences.
