Hebron University celebrates World Day of Medical Physics

The Department of Biomedical Physics organized the World Medical Physics Day event in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Haneen Nour and Prof. Adnan Al-Lahham, researcher in the field of nuclear physics; the event included scientific lectures and other events.

Valuable scientific lectures were given on the role of medical physics in enhancing medical services and on the uses of nanotechnology in treatment and diagnosis. Participating students shared their experiences in field training in hospitals and the Environmental Quality Authority and talked about the role of radiotherapy in cancer treatment.
