Hebron University participates in scientific visit to Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in Indonesia
Hebron University, represented by Dr. Abdul Qader Qawasmeh from the College of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, participated in a scientific visit to the College of Pharmacy at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Dr. Al-Qawasmi has worked on several research projects in the field of medicinal plants, including the development of pharmaceuticals from medicinal plants using nanotechnology and measuring the level of concentrations of some plant drugs from samples taken from mice. Dr. Al-Qawasmeh held several research meetings with many researchers via zoom technology to find ways of joint research cooperation between the two universities. During his visit, Dr. Al-Qawasmeh gave a lecture entitled:
Herbal Medicine and Pharmacists: Palestinian perspectives in the presence of several researchers and specialists in the field of medicinal plants and drugs. The visit resulted in signing memorandums of understanding between Hebron University, Mohammadiyah University of Surakarta and Muhammadiyah University - Pekalongan that include cooperation in the academic and research field, in addition to joint social work.
