Hebron University receives delegation of Palestinian Information Sciences and Technology Syndicate

Hebron University received a delegation from the Palestinian Information Sciences and Technology Syndicate represented by Dr. Maysoon Ibrahim/ President of the Syndicate, Dr. Mahdi Turkman, and Professor Musa Abu Sharar. Hebron University Acting President, Dr. Nabil Hasasneh, and members of the HU administration received the delegation.

Dr. Hasasneh welcomed the visiting delegation and briefed  them about Hebron University, its specializations and academic programs. He commended the idea of establishing a trade union body for the disciplines of information and technological sciences, which would contribute significantly to raising awareness among Palestinian society of introducing technology in all sectors.

Dr. Ibrahim thanked Hebron University for the warm reception and appreciated the University's readiness for any future cooperation with the syndicate. Dr. Maysoon stressed that the idea of establishing a union came in line with the acceleration of technology, and that this union would include graduates and workers in all IT disciplines.
