HU has many units dedicated to improving education, training and services, i.e. Renewable energy unit, Excellence center for education, Industrial linkage unit, Agricultural extension unit, Dry land rehabilitation unit, and the Language resource centre.
Hebron University IT Services provides learning technology support across the University facilitating a high-quality digital learning and teaching experience for our students and academics.
We have a Virtual Campus. The infrastructure allows students, staff and faculty to access the following services: E-Learning - Moodle, Webmail, Microsoft Dreamspark, Digital Library, Wi-Fi Network, Virtual
Classrooms, Scientific Repository and Cloud File. The E-Learning (the University's Virtual Learning Environment) includes podcasts of lectures, seminars and events.
The University library has more than 57,000 publications and books and subscribes to Ebsco data base which provides access to 16000 academic journals in addition to the Ibda' ( Arab Portal for Administrative Information) through which journals of from the Arab World can be accessed, in addition to proceedings of conferences and seminars in administration. There is an electronic data base in which the library participates through Palestinian Library and Information Centers Consortium (Palico).
