Abstract:

This study aimed to explore Pre-vocational education teachers' (VETs) perspectives on their acquiring and employing multimedia as an assisted tool in the educational process. the researchers have followed a qualitative method with the aim of obtaining indepth details and deep understanding on this matter. The researchers interviewed (12) teachers from Irbid Governorate Educational Area during the first semester (2018-2019). The results showed that VETs acquire and employ modest skills in their teaching process. However, there are many obstacles which limit employing these skills in the learning setting. Moreover, the results, showed that VETs'  have a clear future vision to develop the Pre-vocational education curriculum. Finally, the researchers recommended developing the workshops by supplying them with multimedia, providing internet to facilitate the process of learning, and conducting needed training courses to help teachers perform more effectively.
