This study aimed at evaluating the content of the Palestinian Mathematics textbook for the tenth grade according to the entrance of Competencies Approach to achieve this purpose, the researcher used the descriptive approach (The Analysis Style). The researcher prepared a content analysis list that includes four dimensions (Context of the problem or Problem Solving, Consolidating, Self-learning or Self-learning Structure, And Type of Scheduled lessons). The Study showed that the mathematics textbook for tenth grade achieves the principle of "Problem Context or Problem Solve" with a moderately and with arithmetic mean (2.81), and it achieves the principle of "Consolidating" with a very minor degree and with arithmetic mean (0.81), while it achieves the principle of "Self-learning or Self-learning Structure", and "Scheduled lessons" with a moderate degree and with arithmetic mean (1.70, 1.28) respectively. The study recommends employing the entrance of competencies approach in building constructive learning contexts that provide the opportunity to integrate learners in an effective learning environment, and enrich the content of the textbook with life-mathematical applications related to the learners' environment, needs and interests.
