The purpose of the study is to design a model for peace education concepts for national and civic education books in the primary higher stage in Jordan. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher developed a list contained peace education concepts and calculated reliability and validity, through sending it to a group of raters working in Yarmouk University and Al-Bayt University. The validity was checked through Holesty equation. Accordingly, the national and civic education books for the higher primary stage were analyzed, and then presented to raters in order to distribute the concepts according to the class and to prepare the extent matrix for peace education concepts for National and civic education books in the primary higher stage. The findings of the study  showed that the highest availability for peace education concepts was in the national and civic book for the tenth grade, while; the lowest availability in national and civic was book for the eighth grade. Moreover, the study concluded a model for peace education concepts contained follow up and extent matrix, educational outcome, sources of learning, modern teaching methods, alternative evaluation strategies for each class.
