The head of Hebron University's Business Management department Mr. Mohammed Al-Herbawi participated in the business incubator of Hebron's Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a member of the judge panel. The panel is responsible for evaluating and choosing stand-out business projects. Of the 39 projects being judged, 17 were chosen primarily to receive training for two months. After that, the start-ups will be evaluated and filtered once more to form the final group of unique projects obtaining funding and support.
The participating entrepreneurship projects focus on a variety of fields including technology, computing, recycling, and media. The collaboration is a result of the signed agreement between Hebron University/College of Finance & Management and the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hebron.
