Established in 1982, this Department supervises all activities related to employees of the Hebron University. Currently, Hebron University is working to develop the Human resources unit to be more comprehensive and to include units that deal with salaries, health insurance and vacations and other aspects of need.

Responsibilities of the department:
  • Oversees the operation of all administrative departments
  • Issues identity cards and follows up on working hours
  • Prepares internal and external communications
  • Types official letters and keeps copies for records
  • Prepares for all employees
  • Puts employment ads in local newspapers
  • Prepares health insurance forms
  • Follows up with graduate students studying overseas
  • Announces holidays
