A group of academician from the Stanford University, USA, have visited HU. Prof. Allen S. Weiner, Co-Director, Stanford Program in International and Comparative Law; Co-Director, Stanford Center on International Conflict and Negotiation, Prof. Byron L. Bland, Associate Director of the Stanford Center on Conflict and Negotiation, Mrs. Lissy Bland and Miss and Deirdre Hegrty, have met Muhammad Ziad Al-Ja'bari, Vice-President for Administrative Affairs Prof. Fakhari Hassan,  Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr Said Shaheen, from Media Dept. and  PRO officer, Dr. Husam Abuaisha. The meeting focused on ways and opportunities of cooperation between the two Institutions. They agreed to work on various fields of international and comparative law, and international conflict and resolution.
