Hebron University seeks to recruit for the following position to be based in its Ramallah liaison office a full time

Office Administrator

Job Description:

  • Handle phone calls and arrange meetings for the Director
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly itinerary
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence
  • Create and maintain database, social media outreach
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain filing system
  • Make travel arrangements and document expenses
 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum two years’experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Familiarity with optimization techniques
  • Efficient, effective multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective social media ability
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs:  Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • College degree required
