Since its establishment in 2001, the Deanship of Academic Research has attached utmost priority to organizing, encouraging and supporting creative academic research.  We are proponents of an active, project-based scientific education. We believe that rigorous, challenging and practical research will enhance and facilitate good educational outcomes as well as communication between the faculty members and their students. We seek to foster a fiercely competitive environment in which faculty members who are determined and willing to explore potentially fruitful research opportunities will fully realize their role as the cornerstone of a modern institution of higher learning. In a "Publish or Perish" culture, all faculties are urged to be involved in research.
