related to the university.
Overview:
It was
established in 1971, and gone through various stages of
development; from slips and pencils and papers to
up-to-date comprehensive computerized network that was
introduced in 2003.

Department Goals:
Control
and audit financial matters in the university following
the proper and suitable of universal standards.
Prepare
financial lists related to:
General
university budget.
Show
incomes and expenses.
Show
cash flow.
Department Services:
Processing students fees for enrollment.
Crediting financial aid to students.
Providing financial services needed by students.
Issuing
checks or depositing cash into employees' accounts.
Issuing
checks for contractors and other related issues.

Students' account system: helped to facilitate and speed
the process of financial reports and to show
students' credits and financial exemptions/aid.
Financial system: helped to prepare financial and
stastical reports related incomes and expenses.
Future Plan:
Build a
comprehensive financial system to the department and
connect it to all other university units-- and this
project is in progress.
Establish electronic archives for the department.
